Apart from basic education, he got his Bachelor of Ministry (Theological Study) from IICM, Chennai, a supportive Counselor Certificate (Parakletic counselling based on principles of Individual Psychology (Adlerian Psychology) from ICL-Germany and Diploma in Counseling from Black Ford Counseling, Wedmore, United Kingdom.
Being a Transformational Life Coach with many years of experience interacting, training, teaching and coaching people, he has quite an experience to understand the psychology of the human mind and the biological state of the body, attitudes and their inner programming. This helps him to understand his counselee's condition and state in which he/she living and the issues behind the turmoil that the counselee is going through in life.
Along with provided career assessments, career planning, career guidance, he also helps people to overcome resistance, procrastination, stress, inner conflict, relationship, personality, productivity issues. He has experience counseling not only all age group of people but also people with various beliefs and stronghold. He has seen people coming out of the depression during the counseling session by simple seeing the possibilities of overcoming the mental strongholds.
Passion to guide and help students give him immense joy to provide Career Counseling. He believes that career counseling is a very noble work that a true counselor always wishes to provide to individuals who need it.
