Manisha Sanas is the founder of Way Finders Career Coaching & Mentoring. She is a Trained and Certified Career Counselor as well as a Behavioural and Emotional Coach and a Mentor. She is passionate about guiding students to find their Ikigai.
She has more than 2 decades of experience in the Education industry. Graduated from Mumbai University, she holds a Diploma in Behavioural Counselling, is a certified Career Counselor from iDream Career and is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist.
Manisha started her career in the Banking Sector and expanded into multiple other roles working as Business Development Manager, Sales Support and Marketing. She then moved to being the Manager Admissions and Chief Counsellor for an MBA college affiliated to the University of Wales, England. Her passion for Counselling and wanting to guide the youth, made her decide to give her full time to Career Counselling.
Today, apart from her Career Counselling and Mentoring, Manisha is also a Volunteer Behavioural & Emotional Coach at a School for the Visually Impaired. The above pursuits and passions gives her a distinctive perspective of the many possible career options which helps her to empathise, connect and guide the student in the right direction.

Manisha is truly passionate about what she does and her ability to guide students as well as professionals is unmatched. She not only weighs in the psychometric test but also the emotional quotient and where her student is coming from. This provides a true assessment of one’s career path. Manisha is an amazing counsellor. I've had a life changing experience with her. I suggest every student who's going through a puzzled mind or career ups and down or maybe just not sure of their thought should book a session with mam and you'll get all your doubts cleared. This is not any sponsored review but from genuinely solved problem. Initially even I was doubtful about having career counselling or not but today I feel it as the best decision so far in my professional life.

We have taken 3 career counseling sessions from Manisha ma'am. All the sessions are very structured and we are well aware what has to be discussed in upcoming sessions which really helps to be prepared with our doubts and queries. She has an amazing way of addressing issues or queries either from kid or parents. She understands the dynamics of the kids in this generation.

We were at cross road with regards to my sons future career. We took two detailed counselling sessions with Manisha madam, last month. After the sessions we were in a better situation and had a better clarity. She has a wide knowledge about the career options and she will assess the candidate throughly and will recommend options which will suit for the candidate.
